The Truth About Desire
Dec 30, 2025
There was a time when I was very insistent that my work is about cycles – not about intimacy. As if the two were completely different topics.
It wasn’t because intimacy was absent from my work. In most of my containers, intimacy is explored as something that grows out of safety in the body, clarity around the cycle, and a woman’s relationship to her own desire, boundaries, and inner rhythms. It’s a lived experience that unfolds when the foundations are in place.
I’m opening the conversation here today, because I have two exciting things to share that will help you explore this further.
At its core, intimacy is about knowing yourself – and knowing another. This tidbit I got off of Raquel Betesh’s status really nailed it perfectly:

Knowing our own body and cycle is the foundation to all of it!
As we move through different phases of the cycle, we’re naturally drawn more inward at menstruation and outward at ovulation.
Hormones play such a vital role in our most intimate relations. Arousal, libido, and desire are all directly impacted by our hormonal state and wellbeing.
And then we wonder why our libido takes a hike when on hormonal birth control! (Or we don’t even notice because we believe false stories that women just don’t have desire.)
These are important conversations to have.
Which is why we’re going to have one live next week with noted sex therapist Pamela Klein.
This talk is completely free for you to join.
It will be live on Zoom.
Monday January 5 at 11 a.m. EST.
Share this with your sisters and friends, because there will be so much for everyone to gain!
Looking forward to seeing you there.

And now, if you're ready to go deeper...
Some of you have been asking about Ignite.
What it is, and why I keep promoting it.
I get nothing for doing this. I just have tremendous gratitude to my teachers who've shaped my path, and the one who's had the most impact by far is Fally Klein.
The way she holds the topic of intimacy, weaving together Torah knowledge, psychology, and feminine wisdom inspired me to step into my own light and share what I have to share with the world. Reclaim Womanhood exists because of her.
If you want to go back to the roots of where it all began, Ignite holds every conversation, every unanswered question, the community support and sisterhood you've been waiting for to finally step into your full sensual aliveness as a woman.
(Oh, and btw – she invented the lifetime access, where you come back every year to deepen your learning and experience in the course. I implemented this in my own courses and have gotten amazing feedback. Now you know who to thank. 😉)
