Shechinah = Presence.

So many good questions came in about the 30-day challenge Regulate With Your Cycle.
Like how’s it going to work if we’re all in different phases of our cycle?
And what about different stages in life like pregnancy, nursing, and even post-menopause?
Is this only for married ladies?
We also have a daily rhythm – how does that fit into our cycles?
I love all these questions, and before we answer, we need to take a few steps back.
What does it even mean to “tune into our cycles?”
How does this knowledge of ourselves help us regulate and be more grounded in everyday life?
Every woman carries an inner rhythm. A knowing that is entirely her own.
Month after month, your cycle reflects back to you where you are, what you're feeling, what you're longing for, and where you're being guided.
But we've been taught to relate to our cycles as a system to manage.
Even in “cycle awareness” circles, it easily becomes technical.
Track the phases, optimize the energy, perform accordingly. So “tuning in” starts to sound like: am I doing the right practice at the right time? Am I synced correctly?
As well intentioned as that is, it keeps you one step removed from your own lived experience.
RWYC brings you back to yourself.
Because connecting with your cycle isn’t me telling you “this is your phase now, so this is what you should feel.”
I don’t need to know your phase. You do.
The guided practices are designed to help you come into relationship with your inner world. With whatever phase or season you’re in. (And you will receive the knowledge and guidance around the phases to help you come into that.)
Listening. Opening. Receiving what this moment in your body is reflecting back to you – your energy, your emotions, your desires. Your truth.
This work is meant to be a discovery. Not a teaching.
RWYC gives you the space and guidance to discover this part of yourself. To let it guide you, nurture you, ground you, and regulate you from within.
The 30-day challenge is essentially a challenge of Presence.
Which happens to be the English translation of Shechinah.
Because She lives in our very own bodies. In our cycles. In our wombs.
We're so used to filling the space. Doing, scrolling, producing, performing.
Anything just to be without having to truly be.
That's why it's a challenge.
Not because it's complicated.
Because it asks you to stay.
To stay with the tenderness. With the rawness. With the fullness. The expansion. Whatever your body is holding right now – in this phase, in this season, in this chapter of your life.
Which is exactly why it doesn't matter where you are when we begin.
Pregnant, postpartum, nursing, irregular, on birth control, post-menopause – you are cyclical. That never turns off. Your body moves through cycles one way or another. And that cyclical experience has so much to offer in your everyday life.
This kind of intimate presence has changed my life in so many ways.
It's the point of fertility awareness and Taharas Hamishpacha that no one talks about. I feel more grounded, more at home in my own body – throughout the waves and ups and downs.
We haven't even begun yet – and something is already happening.
When we hit 50 founding members, I sent out a bonus preview audio as a thank you. One small taste. And the responses were stunning.
Women feeling things they can finally put words to. Something quietly shifting. A door opening inward.
That was one day. Before the real experience even began.
The magic of this isn't in a single moment.
It's the return. Day after day.
The consistency of coming home to your body building something in you that doesn't go away.
The practice itself is simple. Two short audios a day, Monday through Thursday – about 5-7 minutes each. The first one gives you some background to come to the practice, and the second is the short, guided practice bringing you inward. Through the breath, through the body, to wherever your cycle is now.
Every audio lives in a private Google Drive folder – so whether or not you're on WhatsApp, you won't miss a thing.
We start May 26.
Wherever you are in your cycle, in your life, in your season – there's a place here for you.
