Receiving Redemption

Mar 24, 2026

Yesterday, I got to facilitate a very powerful session, where a woman was able to physically feel redemption in her body. I didn’t plan to make the session about redemption, but it’s the reality that often comes through with our deepest desires and struggles.

Redemption isn’t just about world peace. It’s a process that begins within. In our own hearts, cycles, and nervous systems.

The more we align with who we really are and feel that sense of peace within, the more we can receive redemption in our own lives. And as more of us find that inner peace and redemption within, the whole world begins to move in that direction, as well.

Last week, we closed the most beautiful Redemptress container. It was more like an opening – flowing directly into the month of Nissan we find ourselves in. The inner shifts we moved through together and all that opened as a result will also lead us to receive redemption in a whole new way as we move into Pesach.

Redemption isn’t just something we achieve.

It’s something we receive.

When we know how to be with all that is in this moment – be it the luteal or follicular phase, niddah or post-mikvah, winter or spring (or this weather roulette we’re rolling through these last few weeks.)

Is the you of today experiencing even a fraction of redemption compared to things you struggled with even a year ago?

Are we allowing ourselves to pause and truly receive all the ways we’ve already arrived?

Or will we always and forever be on this hamster wheel of fixing and accomplishing more without ever truly being with all we’ve already become?

After closing Redemptress, I experienced something I hadn’t felt in a long time.

There was nothing coming “next.”

Normally I would have been preparing for another spring cohort of the Embodied course.

But last year I made a decision to only offer Embodied once a year. It made the course experience so much richer and focused, because I can truly give it my all, knowing there will also be downtime. Slowing down and having space actually enhances and deepens everything we're able to give.

Spring feels so open now.

Who knows what will come forth from this empty space?

Not by trying to force or make anything happen.

But by allowing the flow and being open to receive it.

In fact, something has already begun bubbling beneath the surface that will feel like such a ray of sunshine after winter. And it only started coming through because of this empty space I've given myself.

It’s so life-affirming to embody the creative process as something new takes form. But I’m not about to rush the process – it will reveal itself when the time is right. I’ll just say now that it’s something small, easy, and practical that will completely uplevel your cyclical experience of life. I seriously can’t wait to share it with you.

Meanwhile, Pesach awaits, and in case I don’t get to write again, I want to wish you a beautiful, liberating, expansive Pesach experience. Before you go back to all the things waiting for you now, take a breath, feel your center, and celebrate all of who you get to be in this moment.
