The FedEx Arrow - Parshas Tetzaveh

Feb 27, 2026

We’re back to the parsha.

It’s been a busy few weeks but I’m easing back into it now. Just in time for some really powerful parshas ahead. And even though we see less women from hereon (with some fascinating exceptions), the principles of cycles and feminine truth are seen everywhere.

There’s another glaring omission in this parsha.

Moshe’s name is not mentioned at all. (And it’s no coincidence that this week was also his yahrtzeit.)

It’s the only parsha – aside from Sefer Bereishis before he was born – where we don’t see his name.

And yet… the entire parsha is spoken to him.

He’s being addressed directly. He’s the one receiving the words. The whole thing revolves around him.

Something can be concealed – and be the whole point.

You ever notice the arrow in the FedEx logo?

For years I’ve seen that logo and just saw the word FedEx. Then someone pointed out the arrow hidden between the E and the X.

And once you see it, you can’t unsee it.

It was always there.
It wasn’t added.
I just wasn't looking for it.

That’s what I’m getting at with concealment.

A phenomenon deeply connected with the feminine – and the Divine Feminine, the Shechinah.

There’s a beautiful passage by Wayne Dyer* about two babies in the womb.

One says there is no life after birth. How could there possibly be?

You’re cut off from the umbilical cord – your very source of survival – and leave the protection of the womb and amniotic fluid.

He can’t fathom the idea of breathing air, having never experienced it.

Everything beyond this form of existence seems dark, empty, and impossible.

He doesn’t believe in Mother, because he can’t see Her.

The other counters, “How can you not believe in Mother? She is literally all around you. We hear Her, feel Her, sense Her  we are of Her. Of course She will continue to take care of us. And we’ll finally get to meet Her in the life after birth coming soon.”

What if concealment isn’t distance?

What if in the concealment, we’re actually closest – one with our Source – like in the womb?

What if Redemption is about lifting the veil to reveal the light that’s always been there?

Like the crescent moon coming into fullness – even though she’s been whole all along.

Manifestation is such a trendy word right now.

I looked up its original roots from Old English, Latin, and French.

Do you know what it actually means?

To reveal.
To disclose.
To show openly.

Concealing and revealing.
New moon and full moon.
Exile and redemption.

Manifestation and redemption are one.

And you can feel this process physically embodied in your own menstrual cycle.

Menstruation is concealment. Hormones drop. The uterus empties. We turn inward.

Like winter, growth is happening beneath the surface – but it’s hidden.

Then comes fulfillment. Manifestation. An egg released. Hormones rising. Energy restored. A peak. A fullness expressed. Ovulation.

Concealment is contraction – like pulling a slingshot back to let it soar to the greatest heights and distances.

Just like Moshe’s name being conspicuously absent this week.

Just like Hashem’s name not appearing once in the Megillah – and yet His Presence guiding every turn.

Esther’s very name means hidden.

Sometimes hidden means essential.

Sometimes it’s the path to Redemption.

I want to gently remind you that the early bird for Redemptress ends this Sunday.

Redemptress is about this exact shift.

Not fixing yourself.
Not focusing on external circumstances beyond your control.

But stepping out of exile-vision – that subtle feeling of being forgotten, overlooked, waiting for everything to turn around –

and lifting the veil.

Seeing yourself as chosen.
Worthy.
Trusting and receiving what’s already on its way.

If you feel that quiet pull, trust it.

Get the early bird rate before it expires.

Have a beautiful Shabbos!

*Dr. Wayne Dyer wrote a beautiful chapter on this in his book Your Sacred Self. But this isn't a new idea at all and has been repeated in many different ways in many different places.

**There was so much more coming through for this Parsha Point, but I didn't want to make this too long! This is such a big topic, and it's fascinating to see the parallels in the parsha, the Megillah, and this time of year. There's something very special happening around these Parsha Points that I can't wait to share with you, but I will have to wait. Let's just say all is not lost with the juicy pieces that haven't been making it into the emails.
