Where the Parsha Points Are Going

Jun 19, 2026

21 months ago I began a project.

It was something that excited me. Something I wanted to explore and keep coming back to.

I didn't even know how powerful it would be.

My passion for cycles far exceeded biology.

It was the spiritual life force flowing through that connected me to my Creator in a whole new way.

As I explored the science, I also delved into the mystical. And the more I received (Kabbalah is quite literally a receptive process) the more aligned I felt - through my own cyclical experience - to the cosmic forces of creation.

It wasn't just about understanding hormones and cycles physically. There's something so much greater at play. And from the beginning I sought the truth in Torah sources.

I began incorporating these feminine Torah teachings in my classes on the cycle's wisdom and fertility awareness. But it wasn’t so explicit yet.

Until 21 months ago when I began the Parsha Point with Pessy series. I learned the parsha and commentaries directly from the text and shared insights related to our cycles and womanhood.

The same Torah - the weekly parsha I've learned since kindergarten - took on a whole new flavor when I approached it from an embodied feminine perspective.

There was always a connection.

In every parsha.

Because cycles are everywhere.

And every reality has a masculine and feminine viewpoint.

I trusted what came through. And it was beyond what I ever imagined. The way each parsha holds a piece of the cycle. The way the Torah is a cycle. The way each of the 5 volumes of Torah carries a cycle of its own.

And that’s when I knew how much more this would be.

The world is thirsting for feminine Torah.

That we can relate to through our own lived experience in our bodies.

That's exactly what these parsha points have become.

About a year in, I began compiling and refining these quick weekly reflections into the most beautiful book the world has ever seen. It’s still in the rough draft stages and it will be some time before it’s on your bookshelf. Meanwhile, I wanted you to know where my mind’s been at.

Sometimes I feel guilty when I don’t create brand new parsha points (like this week) or recycle the same newsletter from last year (do you notice?) But I also know this can’t be forced. If it doesn’t come, it doesn’t come. And when I let it flow, it’s magnificent.

The creative channel is one with our fertility and cycles.

Receiving divine seeds of inspirations and becoming a channel to birth something new – with lots of nurturing and trust in between.

Now that the news is out – and you’ll still have to be patient until it happens! – how would you feel to have an actual book of parsha through the feminine experience in your arms?

Maybe I’m subconsciously sharing for mass accountability so I can actually see this through. (I tend to procrastinate when something feels too powerful!)

Anyway, that’s your parsha point for today. (The honest truth: I thought it was Chukas and I had something beautiful on the red heifer and niddah, but I see that’s next week. So I decided to share where I’m at with all this instead.)

One more thing before I go make some potato kugel – we’re having a bonus live Zoom call exclusively for the ladies who joined the Regulate With Your Cycle 30 day challenge.

It’s day 25 now, so we’re almost done, but you get instant access to all the daily audios and cyclical breathwork practices + an invitation to our live call.

Can’t wait to see you!

Have a beautiful Shabbos.

Looking forward to connecting again really soon.
