Devarim: Doubling Down
Jul 17, 2026
We start a new cycle.
With the parsha I mean.
Devarim. The book where everything gets repeated.
So what's the point?
Repetition is actually a big cyclical concept.
Last month, when I ran the 30-day challenge, Regulate With Your Cycle, this was actually one of the daily practices. How a repetitive process brings safety to our nervous system.
And it's exactly the process of cycles. Over and over again. Moving through the phases. Inward and outward. Up and down.
But guess what? You're not really coming back to the same place again. In every cycle, you're someone new.
Just like every year, you come to every Yom Tov differently, every parsha differently.
The cycle holds you in the safety of its repetitive pattern so you can grow and shift and change and still come back to yourself and feel whole again every single month.
Repetition also helps things land in exactly the right way that you're ready to receive it. Women who just rejoined Secrets of Niddah for the second or third year (yes, once you're in, you come back free every year) have shared how some things they've already heard in previous years, just now deeply landed in their body!
Even within my programs, I actively utilize this teaching tool where some deeper concepts are repeated in different ways. Not to bore you but to really help it land. Not just intellectually, but in your body. Where your lived experience gets to transform completely.
And that's exactly what Secrets of Niddah gets to be.
A new reality you didn't think was possible.
Living the "exile" experience of niddah - and what it holds - in a completely new way. We're only 2 days in and the shifts already happening are epic.
And here's your last invitation to join.
We already had our welcome call and the first class and audio activation already dropped in the portal.
They're all recorded, so you can catch up. But after Shabbos, when new content drops, it won't make sense anymore to join with more to catch up on.
That's why doors are closing today.
This only comes around once a year. Specifically this time of year. The "niddah" time of the cycle of the Jewish calendar year.
Because the parallels are stunning and it will help you embody both your niddah phase and this time of year on a completely different level.
I can't wait to see you inside.
